Michael Anthonavage

Michael Anthonavage has 20+ years of experience in personal care product and technology development and a career spanning background in skin biology. Michael has extensive knowledge in product development and design and specializes in R&D to marketing translation of concepts, claims and scientific data interpretation and application. He is an engaging public speaker and product technology advocate with an ability to execute complex ideas and specializes in application to a diverse customer platform.  Michael will managing CRL’s Advanced Clinical Department and will assist clients with study methodology, study design and execution to specific end points.

Bailey Fasano

Bailey is the newest member of CRL’s Business Development team. She comes to us with a background in Marketing and Event Operations.
